As a key part of our mission to inspire better food choices for you, your family and the planet, we are going to create and pull together a comprehensive array of learning resources that are freely available to everyone. We want people to understand that you don’t need to be on a diet and that eating healthy very much is about eating with joy - rather than an underlying feeling of guilt and shame - rather than judging or being judged for personal preferences. 


Our aim is to teach you simple principles and strategies that will give you freedom from recipes and make you a more creative home cook. We will show you to make everyday cooking more fun and easy, and how to minimise waste. Whatever stage your at we want to help you discover, re-discover or re-inforce the joy of cooking healthful, delicious food for yourself, your friends and your family. 

For the time being, you can follow our Instagram feed where our founder Jens is showing you he's take on Eat Like A Bear at home. 

A key part is our Facebook group where we would love to see community members sharing their own creations and show how others your kitchen chops and how you’re making use of the principles we teach.
